It's amazing just how much one can forget. My friend Cherie and I have launched our 46-week study plan for the PE licensing exam next year. I cannot believe how much I have forgotten. I looked the problems and thought, "I used to know how to do this. But now I have no idea." But it comes back...slowly. By the end of the night we were talking about transforms of cross products and actually kind of knew what we were talking about.
