The house is coming along very, very slowly. But there is progress being made.

A few weeks ago, with help of my parents, the first floor bath got a facelift. Wallpaper was stripped, walls painted and trim added. There was much frustration due to my lack of appropriate tools, but we made do. (Don't tell anyone, but the mirror glass is glued to wall since I didn't have the right saw to make a groove in the frame to fit the glass.)

Well, last weekend I tackled my next big task: insulating the attic. Unfortunately I have no interesting stories. It was actually rather uneventful. I did, however find it horribly tempting to roll around in that fluffy pink stuff. It sure looks soft. Oh well, hopefully I'll at least get lower heating bills out of it.
